Civil Foreman

**Job Overview**: The Civil Foreman will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and an in-depth understanding of construction processes. The Civil Foreman will coordinate with site workers, engineers, and project managers to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring adherence to construction plans and schedules.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed by all site personnel.
- Monitor the use of materials and equipment, ensuring efficient utilization.
- Manage and lead construction teams, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers for any site changes or issues.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain daily site logs and progress reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
