**Job Title**: Foreman (10+ years experience) - Construction Industry

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Manage and lead construction crews, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring work is performed to high quality and safety standards.
- Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality, and take corrective action as necessary to address delays, deviations, or deficiencies.
- Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications, and ensure that work is executed in accordance with design requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, address changes, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, manpower, equipment usage, and materials on-site.
- Procure materials, tools, and equipment as needed to support construction activities, and ensure their proper utilization and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with project team members, subcontractors, and clients to provide updates on project status, resolve issues, and address concerns.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing construction projects, including knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage construction crews effectively.
- Thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to promoting a culture of safety on-site.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Experience working with construction equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and travel to different project sites as needed.
