The BISR Diplomatic Quarter campus is also an IB World School, offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. - **Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a strong track record of working within a similar type of role.**
- **Show evidence of having previous learning experience working with children.**
- **Be proactive in their approach providing learning support to primary and/or senior students in mainstream classes, small groups and on a 1:1 basis.**
- **Show confidence in working with young children in and outside a classroom.**
- **Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence and be able to deal effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.**
- **Fully support the school Mission, Vision and Motto.**
- **Have KSA residency status.**

**Teachers who work at BISR should have**:
**Qualifications**
- Qualified Teacher status.
- Certificate of Education - PGCE or B.Ed.
- Training or qualification relevant to the post.
