**JOB SUMMARY**
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To supervise the daily performance of the Branch sales team by following up on sales achievements and process goals. Required to take part in regular transactions during peak seasons to ensure the required sales targets are achieved.
- Manage the Branch Sales Team to ensure sales consultants achieve pre
- determined operational targets by providing and analyzing business plans to meet operational targets determined by the management.
- Monitor and evaluate the sales consultant’s performance to ensure that the specific branch business performances are met by taking corrective action in conjunction with management whenever required.
- Responsible for ensuring sales processes are efficient and customer complaints are managed by promoting standard sales procedures to the sales team members.
- Responsible to make sure that the 9 step sales process is adhered to by all the sales team all day and every day.
- Initiate dialogue with the sales team and management to discuss and address sales target issues, customer complaints, and improvements opportunities through regular meeting and discussions.
- Meet with the sales team to update on product knowledge through regular discussion and sharing information to enhance sales team confidence and performance.
- Address customer complaints that require support from the Branch manager, ensuring CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
- Responsible to supervise the sales team’s activities to ensure that all activities are carried out as per the company’s policies and procedures through effective communication and monitoring. Full knowledge and usage of the dealerships controlling Dealer Management Computer system is required.
- Responsible to be always looking for opportunities and changes to the current processes for the good of the company and to suggest these changes to your line manager for approval.
