We offer the unique opportunity to work on infrastructure and buildings projects from planning and design to construction and operational readiness.

Based at the project site in Riyadh we are looking for a dynamic and results oriented professional to be part of the Construction Supervision team. As a key member of the project team you will be responsible for:

- Ensure standard adherence
- 3D Coordination and model management
- Lead develop, implement, and maintain the BIM standards for the project
- Provide BIM training modules for key staff
- Provide guidance and assistance to ensure optimal setup and progress
- Ensure that all the stakeholders are aligned with the project goals and that they understand the BIM process and their role
- Produce monthly reports for Senior Managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation
- Participate in client meetings

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Degree educated in an appropriate field such as Engineering, Architecture or Design Management or equivalent
- Substantial and relevant BIM experience on large scale industrial and commercial projects
- Significant experience directing the planning, design, and construction of large multi-discipline projects, with high degrees of technical complexity, and involving a large number of programme / project staff
- In-depth working knowledge in the use of Autodesk Software such as Civil 3D, REVIT, Inventor and Navisworks
- Experience providing client design leadership to multi-disciplinary design consultant teams and construction delivery teams of complex programmes and projects is essential
- Experience managing small teams on large complex infrastructure programmes
- Good understanding of relevant BIM standards to deliver ‘BIM Level 2’ or ‘BIM According to ISO19650
- Familiar with conducting clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects
