Paralegal I

**Qualifications**:

- You will have a minimum of six years of diversified experience with a law firm or in-house practice that is transactional in nature - specifically with respect to M&A, venture capital and/or joint venture transactions.
- Specific knowledge of Project Development & Finance practice area is required.
- Experience in the oil and gas, refining, chemicals, power or other energy-related industries is a plus.

**Task Description**:

- Support assigned attorneys with Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Capital and Joint Venture transactions.
- Prepare, review and process basic corporate law documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements.
- Organize due diligence materials and closing documents.
- Stay abreast of rules and regulations in various jurisdictions.
- Conduct research, gather facts and create draft forms for attorneys.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising attorneys.
