Personnel Receptionist

Receives and directs employees and visitors coming to Personnel Department. Receives, answers, directs telephone inquiries. Prepare forms and documents.
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Receives Hospital employees and visitors, determines their need and problems and directs them to the proper person depending on their needs.
2. Receives telephone calls, answers inquiries or determines proper staff to handle inquiries.
4. Prepares documents verifying employment which are required by employees.
5. Inputs and retrieves computer data, and verifies accuracy.
7. Verifies documents for Social Club loans.
8. Prepares Arabic documents.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree/ Diploma in Hospital Administration, or other related discipline is required.
**Experience Required**:
Grade 07:No experience required with Bachelor’s Degree, or one (1) year with Associate Degree/ Diploma is required.
Grade 08:One (1) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree, or three (3) year with Associate Degree/ Diploma is required.
**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Nationals Only.
