- Ensure alignment of all concerned internal / external stakeholders on statistical needs and expectations, and oversee plan development to provide recommendations as needed
- Evaluate the design of variables to be collected, variables to be derived and / or collection methods, and provide recommendations as needed for areas of modification
- Direct data gathering, classification and coding while ensuring compliance with overall guidelines and plans, and provide expert consultations as needed
- Ensure completion of all needed data files in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to guidelines and quality standards
- Ensure completion of all required statistical analyses in a timely manner, assess drafted outputs and validate against expectations and domain intelligence
- Assess evaluation outcomes and guide the development of action plans for continuous improvement and innovation

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics / Statistics or equivalent is required
- Master’s Degree in Mathematics / Statistics or equivalent is preferred
- 8+ years of experience in a Statistics field

**Skills**
- Advanced English spoken and written
- Experience influencing product strategy through analyses and data-centric presentations using visualizations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact cross-functionally.
- Adaptable to a dynamic and rapidly changing workload
