**المهام الأساسية والمسئوليات**

أ. المهام/المسئوليات:
1. يقوم بتفتيش فني عالي الجودة للطائرات والمعدات والمركبات ومكونات الطائرات والأجزاء والأنظمة (بما في ذلك الأجهزة الإلكترونية والكهربائية والأدوات والعتاد) حسب التعيين الوظيفي.

2. يقوم بتفتيش الجودة والسلامة للمعدات والأدوات المستخدمة في صيانة الطائرات والمركبات.

3. يقوم بتفتيش فني عالي الجودة في إطار صيانة، وإصلاح، وتعديل، وتجديد، وتحديث الطائرات ومكوناتها وأجزاء المكونات.

4. يفحص استمارات الإجراءات الوظيفية واستمارات الصيانة المستخدمة في أداء صيانة الطائرات وصيانة المركبات والمعدات لضمان الامتثال للأساليب والإجراءات المعتمدة.

5. يساعد في إعداد ومعالجة والرد على تقارير النقص في الجودة. يساعد في تحقيق حوادث الطائرات ويعد تقارير التكاليف المقدرة للأضرار حسب الحاجة.

6. ينشئ عمليات السيطرة على جودة الصيانة والإجراءات والمعايير والقياسات والتقارير التي تدعم برنامج الصيانة لجميع الأنشطة المساندة للصيانة. يضمن إجراء جميع العمليات ذات الصلة بطريقة آمنة.

7. يوجه الاستفسارات والتحقيقات وتحليل الأبحاث المتعلقة بعمليات الصيانة ذات السيطرة على الجودة والأنشطة المساندة للصيانة لمشرف التحكم في الجودة.

8. يضمن أن جميع عمليات الصيانة ذات السيطرة على الجودة والأنشطة المساندة للصيانة ذات الصلة تجرى بطريقة آمنة.

9. بالتنسيق مع مدير التحكم في الجودة، يدعم فريق استعادة الطائرات المتحطمة (DART) وعملياته وإجراءاته.

10. يقوم بتدريب صيانة الطائرات وتدريب مفتشي التقنية حسب الحاجة.

11. المهام الأخرى على نحو مباشر من قبل مدير التحكم في الجودة.

ب. الاستقلالية: السلطة في اختيار وتنفيذ الأهداف والأهداف في تنفيذ المهام والمسئوليات.

ج. المسؤوليات الإشرافية: على طلب المشرف المباشر أو أعلى.

**أدنى المؤهلات المطلوبة**

أ. مستوى التعليم:

ب. شهادات التدريب:
1. المطلوب: خريج دورة صيانة الطيران العسكرية الأمريكية أو ما يعادلها في المدن المدنية.

2. المطلوب: خريج دورة صيانة الطيران العسكرية العليا الأمريكية أو ما يعادلها في المدن المدنية.

3. المطلوب: معرفة بنظام إدارة الجودة AS9110 لصيانة الطيران.

4. المفضل: رخصة الطائرة والمحرك من إدارة الطيران الاتحادية.

ج. الخبرة:
1. المطلوب: خبرة مباشرة كمفتش فني للطائرات.

2. المطلوب: خمس سنوات من الخبرة في الصيانة الخاصة بسلسلة تصميم المهمة المحددة أو المماثلة.

3. المطلوب: القدرة على استخدام برامج الوزن والتوازن الآلي (AWBS)

د. المعرفة والمهارات والقدرة الخاصة:
1. يجيد استخدام الأدلة الفنية التفاعلية المستضافة على الكمبيوتر والاستمارات المستخدمة في صيانة الطائرات والوثائق المتعلقة بالطائرات الأخرى.

2. يجيد استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.

3. مهارات احترافية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي والشخصي.

4. القدرة على التواصل بفعالية مع العميل بطريقة احترافية ومهذبة.

5. يحمل رخصة قيادة صالحة.

6. النجاح في اجتياز الفحص الفعلي للانتشار في الخارج عند التوظيف.

7. يحمل رخصة قيادة صالحة.
