**About the Role**:
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our operations team as an Area Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee multiple locations within a specified region, ensuring operational excellence, managing staff, and driving customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support daily operations across multiple locations to ensure consistent performance.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff to achieve operational goals and uphold company standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer service, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports to senior management.
- Foster a positive and cohesive work environment.

**Area Supervisor Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.
