**Job Purpose**:

- Coordinate and Organize all tasks related to finance in order to achieve managements objectives.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Identify the needs of financial policy and procedures in coordination with the relevant departments.-
- Collect data and prepare analytical reports.-
- Review and analyze accounts in accordance with the financial regulations and procedures.-
- Review the revenues / expenses and prepare the capital budget.-
- Study the costs affecting financial transactions in order to oversight improvements.-
- Assist in making decisions about projects through the provision of better alternative.-
- Identify potential risks and complete the procedures related to claims.-
- Register accounting entries for all expenses.-
- Restrict / record / transfer / scrap properties by the automated system.-
- Update the financial records and follow-up projects under implementations.-
- Receive and record the equipment / spare parts and matching information with the purchasing reports.-
- Collect and register financial receivables automatically.-
- Issue and control job tickets.-
- Open / close bank account and ensure of the necessary cash availability.-
- Coordinate with banks and relevant departments in all related financial matters.-
- Prepare weekly/monthly/annually records related to financial affairs.-
- Perform any other functions related to finance as directed by supervisor.**Required qualifications**:
- Bachelor / Master in Accounting or Finance.**Required English Test**:

- Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS.
- Other English Tests will not be accepted.
