As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Manager to oversee and manage our franchise operations in Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Franchise Management**:

- Oversee the establishment and day-to-day operations of Edwin Incorporation franchises across Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure that all franchise outlets adhere to the company’s standards and operational guidelines.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize franchise performance.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities and locations.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new franchisees.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to franchisees.
- Assist franchisees in setting up their operations, including site selection, store layout, and initial stocking.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for franchise staff.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Address any operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards across all franchise locations.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring open communication and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues.
- Foster a collaborative and positive environment within the franchise network.
- **Financial Management**:

- Monitor the financial performance of each franchise location.
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees on financial planning and management.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for the franchise network.
- Assist franchisees with local marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistency in branding and promotional messages across all franchise locations.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and business partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in franchise management or operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of the franchise industry and market trends in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
