**Role Summary**: The Childcare Supervisor will promote Seasons' ethos, manage day-to-day operations, create a positive environment, delegate tasks, ensure efficient workflow, and represent Seasons in a professional manner.

**Education**: Degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support all team members
- Facilitate the marketing and communications plan
- Conduct interviews
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Promote community involvement

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Dependability, responsibility, punctuality
- Ability to cooperate and manage diverse population
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in a managerial role in a similar environment
- CPR and First Aid certifications
