**Responsibilities**:
**1. Game Understanding**:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of esports being broadcasted. (MOBA Game is an additional advantage)
- Understand game mechanics, strategies, and meta to predict and capture key moments.

**2. Camera Operation**:

- Control in-game cameras to capture live gameplay from multiple perspectives.
- Swiftly switch between players, teams, and key events to provide a dynamic viewing experience.

**3. Storytelling**:

- Identify and showcase pivotal moments, highlights, and key plays to enhance the narrative of the game.
- Work closely with production and casters to tell a compelling story throughout the broadcast.

**4. Communication**:

- Collaborate with the production team, casters, and other observers to coordinate camera movements and prioritize action.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with the production crew using relevant communication tools.

**5. Adaptability**:

- Stay updated on rule changes, game patches, and meta shifts to adjust observation strategies accordingly.
- Adapt to unforeseen circumstances and deliver a smooth viewing experience under pressure.

**6. Technical Proficiency**:

- Familiarity with the technical aspects of the broadcasting setup, including software for camera control and overlays.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues promptly.

**7. Rehearsals and Pre-production**:

- Participate in pre-broadcast rehearsals to ensure a clear understanding of the production plan.
- Collaborate with the production team to plan camera movements and coverage strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an esports Observer (MOBA Gam is an additional advantage)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with broadcasting software and production tools.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English; proficiency in Chinese is an additional advantage.
- Ability to work as a freelancer; no work visa and accommodation will be provided.
- The expected period of work is 3 months, 3-5 days per week.
