**Position Objective**:
**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
Digital Transformation Strategy

Manage the collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities within the Supply Chain sector.
Own Supply Chain systems and data analytics tools and solutions.
Identify, evaluate, and introduce tech solutions from 3rd parties.
Propose & manage system enhancements with D&T & 3rd party providers.
Manage the design of dashboards to facilitate performance monitoring and reporting.
Define monitoring and reporting processes for all supply chain activities.

Continuous Digital Improvement

Continuously liaise with Information Technology and ensure management of IT-related affairs of the ERP, etc.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on system access, usage, and troubleshooting for supply chain-related digital tools and platforms.
Oversee taxonomy management and supplier master data management processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity; collaborate with Material Management to ensure synchronized data across sectors.
Own continuous digital improvement within the Supply Chain sector: Identify and promote opportunities to enhance ways of working and increase automation (e.g., the introduction of catalogs).

Planning and Strategy

implement the department’s strategy and roadmap to support alignment with the Digital Enablement department’s strategy.
Establish Digital Enablement departments’ plans and provide input to division goals that support the Supply Chain business unit’s overall strategic plans.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify Digital Enablement departments’ required projects to meet future business demands.
Lead and drive the achievement of Digital Enablement departments’ strategy, objectives and KPIs within the accountabilities of the department
Develop regular reports on the department’s progress and outputs to be shared with relevant stakeholders in line with reporting requirements

Budget Management

To hold responsibility for the Digital Enablement departments’ budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process.
Ensure effective utilization of Digital Enablement departments’ budget and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Digital Enablement departments and mitigate financial and operational risks

Process Management

Recommend improvements to Digital Enablement departments’ policies and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity, ensuring relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results.
Motivate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures, including risk management rules and regulations.

People Management

Identify, assess and recruit key talent for Digital Enablement departments.
Manage and assist subordinates in performing their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures.
Guide, mentor and develop the Digital Enablement department’s team as part of their continuous development.
Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance.
Promote a high-performance working environment within the Digital Enablement department.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
A master's degree or higher is desired.
Minimum 20 years and above of relevant experience with multiple projects and MENA experience and especially with KSA clients.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Fluent in English; Arabic is considered an asset for this role.
