**Main Purpose of Job**
You will be responsible for quality control microbiology testing of product materials and purified water as well as performing environmental monitoring.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform and document in-house microbiological testing on raw materials, semi-finish, and finish product according to the established standard operating procedures and approved protocols.
- Prepare necessary standards, solutions, reagents, media, and samples for sample analysis.
- Accurately record observations and perform data reviews and release inspection lot in the material management system.
- Operates and maintains laboratory instruments, while ensuring the reliability of instrumentation through proper maintenance, with ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Must participate and lead continuous improvement using lean principles to assist with streamlining and making the laboratory efficient.
- Handling all paper works such as Reports.
- Prepare check receiving reports according to the accurate specs.
- Reporting of abnormalities via notification of quality deviations and take immediate corrections.
- Adhere to the Nestle SHE rules and procedures at all times during the working hours to ensure own and others safety.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree on Microbiology or related major.
- More than 1 year of experience in the same position.
**Skills**:
- Good math's and English skills.
- Accurate and organize.
- Ability to work under pressure.
