**Sales Specialist (IT Software Field)**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Specialist with a proven track record of achievements in the IT software industry. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in order to meet and exceed revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the IT software sector through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and technical experts to tailor solutions to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ultimately driving revenue growth.
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the network of potential clients and promote our software solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience and a strong track record of achievements in B2B sales within the IT software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of an organization.
- In-depth knowledge of IT software products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
