**Duties**:
1. The Security Strategy is agreed and implemented in partnership with the client and other stakeholders to reduce security threats/risk and ensure that the clients assets are always protected.
2. The Security Strategy and Plans are functional and up to always date.
3. The selected service providers are managed carefully using agreed SLAs and KPls.
4. All training needs are identified and processed promptly and are undertaken at the appropriate time. 5. Performance Agreements, interim and main reviews are undertaken within the set timescale.
6.To maintain and ensure the Security Operations Manual is up to date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties, individual instructions for each post; attendance; use of security equipment; dress standard; training etc.
7. Initiate security clearances and maintain appropriate records.
8. Represent security on any relevant project workgroups and project boards
9. Has responsibility for the on-going management of all security contractors.
10. This includes all aspects of physical security, manned guarding and electronic security of the building and grounds.
11. Will drive the strategy for an integrated security process and be the trusted security advisor to our client with respect to evolving threats using international best practice.
13. Be fully committed to supporting the core business objectives of JLL and the client, whilst obtaining best value for money for the organization.
