Reliability Engineer

Eram Talent is looking for a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability, availability, and maintainability of equipment, pipelines, and production processes. You will be working closely with the maintenance and operations teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs that optimize the performance of the assets and minimize costs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain Plant Asset Management Strategy (PAMS).
- 2. Develop and maintain Equipment Reliability Strategy (ERS).
- 3. Review/update Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM2) models
- .4. Conduct gap assessment between new business objectives and predicted capabilities.
- 5. Implement Reliability Threats & Opportunities Prioritization (R-TOP).process.
- 6. Implement Reliability Strategies including PAMSs and ERSs.
- 7:. Evaluate/optimize PPM to ensure effectiveness and update in ERS &.SAP.
- 8. Evalua1i MRO spares for effectiveness & optimize critical spares and up?ate in ERS & SAP.
- 9. Integrate and analyze asset performance data (process, failures, condition monitoring, etc.).
- 10. Monitor reliability KPis and prepare/communicate reliability reports.
- 11. Conduct gap assessment between PAMS goals and achieved targets.
- 12. Monitor/review Asset Utilization losses.
- 13. Facilitate/lead RCis for reliability triggers.
- 14. Conduct Failure Analysis.
- 15. Control, Standardize & Leverage Reliability threats and opportunities.
- 16. Conduct Mitigation Effectiveness Assessment.
- 17. Lead the facility's systems/assets criticality assessments.
- 18. Focal point for ODMS 08.01 (Operational Reliability).
- 19. Improve SAP work history data quality.
- 20. Promote Highly Reliable Organization (HRO) principles.
- 21. Participate in maintenance and reliability benchmarking.
- 22. Participate in facility TA strategy development and evaluation.
- 23. Participate in Critical Reliability Improvement Projects.
- 24. Participate in Facility Condition Assessments.
- 25. Conduct Reliability Data Mining and Analytics using all available reliability data sources and utilizing reliability engineering methodologies such as Life Data Analysis (i.e. Wei bull), Recurrent Data Analysis(i.e. MCF), Pareto Analysis, Reliability Growth Analysis (i.e. Crow-AMSAA), Life Cycle Cost Analysis, RAM modelling, Spare Analysis, Maintainability Analysis, Cost of Unreliability Analysis,
**Requirements**:
Bachelor of Science degree in EngineeringCertified Maintenance & Reliability
Professional (CMRP).
Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
Certified Reliability Leader (CRL).
