**The team you’ll be part of**

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
- Commissioning & Integration of BSC/RNC & SRAN (2G, 3G, 4G and 5G) sites
- NI process checklists adherence for every integration performed
- Coordination with NPO for in-time delivery of SCF Files.
- Verification / Validation of SCF Files.
- Coordination with NPO for in-time delivery of XML Files.
- Coordination with CM Engineer for XML Execution.
- Verification of Site Setup/HW as per planned configuration. PoC from FF will be Rollout Manager.
- Verification of Transmission Path and VLANs for planned SWAP Sites in coordination with Site Supervisors / Sub-Cons.
- Coordination of Rehoming activity with regular Updates to all stakeholders.
- Trouble Handling of all reported issues.
- Sign off activity with Site Supervisors / Sub-Cons for running site configuration and active alarms.
- Close Swap activity with customer NOC with clear intimation to MS Team for SWAP closure and NPO team for KPI follow-up.
- Support DT teams in coordination with Site Supervisor field testing.
- Escalation of technical issues to RNC / BSC Engineers as 1st Level of Support and Technical Manager as 2nd Level of Support.
- Rehoming of 2G, 3G and 4G sites within Maintenance Window
- Software upgrade of 2G/3G/4G/5G nodes
- Effective communication & interaction with Field force / Bridge handling

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:

- Commissioning, integrating, System verification & acceptance and troubleshooting for BSC/RNC/SRAN
- Provide SUS services for the latest SW upgrades and check the relevant compatibility matrix
- Anticipate and identify complex business needs and recommend possible solutions
- Provide Care support services for the customer once the integration acceptance activities are done
- Leads and executes technical activities and projects in own responsibility area. May work also outside of own process area on technical issues. Solves complex engineering problems in many technology areas
- Solving customer problems and queries coming during initial system introduction or initial roll-out phase
- Provides onsite / remote support for troubleshooting task forces on need basis during initial system introduction or initial roll-out phase
- Participates in health checks, network optimization and preventive maintenance activities
- Coaches other team members in solving complex engineering problems. Undertakes technical training responsibilities

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Overall 8+ Years of Experience
- Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Telecommunication Engineering
- Good knowledge of LTE & 5G cellular technologies
- Has excellent IP, Knowledge and skills set
- Understanding of network interface protocols, protocol analyzers and network specifications. Can independently use Network analyzer and other tools to troubleshoot technical problem
- Good knowledge of BSC / RNC
- Good knowledge of NOKIA 5G & LTE RAN products
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Capability to lead in own technical area
- Understanding of SW and HW architecture and troubleshooting principles
- Good understanding of virtualization, cloud architectures and e2e QoS Concepts
- Ready for international travel to support customers on short notice
- Should have the flair for learning and working in new areas/technologies
- Very strong communication and professional customer relationship skills
- Extremely strong customer driven mind-set
- Excellent presentation & virtual team leadership skills
- Understanding of wireless network implementation and operations services
