**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Organizing the fleet's capacity while ensuring the best cost modeling.
- Developing and acquiring fleet channels to make sure that the operations team has the right capacity at the right time.
- managing day-to-day fleet operations and guaranteeing timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders.
- Train and orient new suppliers, drivers, and delivery staff

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of logistics processes and procedures
- Tech-savvy

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Administration or a related field

1+ years of experience working in logistics industries, supply
