**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Prepare and process technical documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and technical manuals.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and compile technical information.
- Manage and update databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Support the technical team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in business or equivalent; additional technical or administrative training is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a procurement environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling technical documents and data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with technical terminology and documentation practices is preferred.
