We are seeking a proactive individual to provide high quality technical support services to staff and students at our DQ campus. Particular emphasis is on providing 1st line support to end-user issues, including desktops, laptops, BYOD Devices, printers, wireless connectivity issues and all software related problems as well as being able to provide server support tasks, such as basic troubleshooting, updates, anti-virus, backups.

**Qualifications**
- Qualified Teacher status.
- Certificate of Education - PGCE or B.Ed.
- Training or qualification relevant to the post.
