**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the integration and interface management strategy for multiple projects within the company.
- Ensure effective coordination and communication among stakeholders involved in different projects.
- Lead the identification, assessment, and management of risks related to integration and interface issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a team of integration and interface professionals.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and procedures.
- Utilize project management tools and systems to support integration and interface activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on integration and interface management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex integration and interface challenges across multiple projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the construction industry in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
