JASARA PMC is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Civil/Structure Engineer (Supervision) to join our esteemed team. As a Civil/Structure Engineer (Supervision), you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the construction activities of social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. JASARA PMC, a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is committed to delivering world-class programs that contribute to the transformation and growth of Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Review and approve construction drawings, materials, and shop drawings.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, resolving engineering-related issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to monitor the progress and quality of construction work.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and non-conformance reports.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum [8+] years of experience in construction supervision or related field.
- Knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles, practices, and construction techniques.
- Strong understanding of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions with sound judgment.
- Professional engineering license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
