- **IT Strategy & Leadership**:

- Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Provide visionary leadership in technology adoption and digital transformation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and implement best practices to improve efficiency and security.
- **Infrastructure & System Management**:

- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and databases.
- Manage cloud computing, data storage, and disaster recovery planning.
- **Cybersecurity & Compliance**:

- Develop and implement IT security policies to protect company data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data protection laws, and cybersecurity best practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in budget management and IT governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and ITIL frameworks.

- ITIL Certification
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- AWS/Azure Cloud Certifications
