Job description
- Fully Study and understand Tender documents and Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, & other related documents, raising necessary tender clarifications and keeping close coordination with clients to finalize the actual scope of work.
- Send inquiries to the supplier & get the quotation as per the specification, prepare a price comparison sheet, and review the same
- Preparation of BOQ, Comparing the quantities & generating quantity discrepancy report with respect to the Bill of quantities provided by the consultant and pricing accordingly.
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
