Could you be the full-time onsite RAMS Manager in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?
**Your future role**
We’ll look to you for:
- Leading the RAMS, regulation/safety certification activities at RSS contractor level.,
- Coordinating the RAM and Safety activities between system and RSS subsystems,,
- Identifying and demonstrating the contractual RAM and Safety requirements applicable to RSS contractor scope of work,,
- Defining the applicable Safety activities for their relevant subsystems in a corresponding System Safety Plan,,
- Performing the safety assessment and validation,,
- Ensure the development of the Hazard Analysis and Hazard Log,,
- Ensure the development of all required RAMS and Safety Studies,,
- Ensure the apportionment of Risk Tolerability Criteria to Subsystems,,
- Ensure the development of a Quantified Risk Assessment,,
- Capture, apportion and demonstration of Safety Requirements;

- Advanced University Degree in Engineering, RAMS or equivalent.,
- Technical experience: knowledge on railway systems.,
- Knowledge of RAMS methodologies and safety assessment processes.,
- Familiarity with international railway safety standards such as EN 50126, 50128 & 50129.,
- A certification or proven track record in safety management.,
- Ability to convert safety strategy into actionable items.,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,
- A structured and organized approach with a hands-on attitude.,
- Experience in a multi-site, multi-cultural joint venture/consortium environment.,
- Fluency in English with Arabic and French being advantageous.,
- Openness to occasional international travel and short-term missions.
