- Review invoicing documentations and ensuring that all requirements are in order.
- Examine and review all SMP expenditures and to ensure compliance with all Client policies and specifications.
- Participate in developing business plan and operating plan cost forecast estimate for current contracts.
- Review pre-award SMP contracts documents to ensure compliance with Client policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing, developing and measuring key performance indicators for HR&SS.
- Coordinate with talent acquisition and contractors to archive and maintain proper invoicing records.
- Submit regular reports to budgeting & planning supervisor with regards to contracts payments and employees rates.
- ** 8. Perform other related duties as assigned by the budgeting & planning.**

**Minimum Qualifications **(degree, training, or certification required)
- **Degree**:

- Associate Degree or Bachelor degree in a related field.

**Job Specific Skills **(key functional, leadership, or business skills required)
- Strong knowledge of budget control and invoicing cycle.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good commands of oral and written English.
