Coop Trainee

1.Directs the activities of mechanical maintenance staff.
2.Inspects all vehicles and heavy equipment coming from various locations for repair and maintenance.
3.Diagnoses problems and faults causing breakdowns and recommends corrective action to be taken.
4.Inspects vehicles on a daily basis for obvious external faults such as burned out bulbs, low tire pressures, etc. Ensures corrective action prior to releasing vehicle for normal operation.
5.Gives technical advice and guidance to subordinates on the operation and proper use of machinery such as lathe, engine analyzer, brake tester, wheel alignment machine, etc.

1 Week - EHS Introduction EHS definetions and importance in mining industry
2 Week - Oientation Introduction about all facilities and sections of Maintenance department
3 Week - Training/ Familiarization on daily activities, PMS,
4 Week - troubleshooting of equipments (heavy & light vehicles) auto electrical system & lubrication.
5 Week - Check list point general
6 Week - Familiarization of machining activities and procedures
7 Week - Familiarization on fabrication, welding works
8 Week - Familiarization in the repair and overhauling of engine
9 Week - component s, hydraulic systems, etc.
10 Week - hand tools
11 Week - PMS schedule
12 Week

GPA need to be 2.5/4 or 3.5/5
