We are now calling on all **Head of Operations** Heroes OTO is currently on the hunt for a seasoned **Head of Operations** to join our team Bring your A-game, expertise, and enthusiasm & join us in driving OTO's growth into the MENA Market Join us and let's conquer new horizons together

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the overall operational strategy in alignment with OTO’s goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence
- Continuously evaluate and improve OTO’s operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction
- Foster strong partnerships with e-commerce businesses, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective communication
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within our operations and platform
- Implement robust quality assurance measures to maintain the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including product development, sales, and customer support, to drive alignment and achieve company objectives
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of our operations team and track progress towards strategic goals
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the operations team and across OTO.

**Requirements**:
For this role, it is essential that have:

- At least 8 years of experience operations within SaaS & logistics industries
- BSc degree in a relevant field, master’s degree is preferred
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- International shipping experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with fleet management software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively in team rotational shifts

It will be considered a big plus if you:

- International experience
- Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups
