**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Operates simple office machines (which may in some cases include computer-assisted inventory, automotive equipment, and may operate a forklift or other light equipment used in moving heavy items).
Keeps records to maintain inventory control, and cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system.
Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse.
Coordinates freight handling, equipment moving, and minor repairs.
Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes.
Receives and unpacks materials and supplies.
Contributes to the Purchasing of minimum Level of stock

**Required Qualification & Experience**:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Store Keeping activities within Ramp Services/ Ground Services Equipment
Any other Warehousing task if necessary after the agreement
SAP and IBM Maximo experience knowledge are highly desired.
A very good English level required
Knowledge of warehouse and shipping process.
Be proactive and an excellent good leader.
Managing Processes, Surveillance Skills.
Inventory Control, Reporting Skills.
ITAR and EAR training.
DGD training
Must hold a valid Saudi driver's license.
