Training Coordinator

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Training Coordinator **to join our team In this role you will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Competencies writer (Civil engineering/Design/and Architecture)
- Focused on Knowledge Transfer Programs (EPMO/PMO/Organizational/Engineering)
- Develop training material based on competencies for FORMAL training.
- Must work efficiently and effectively
- Review and evaluate existing training materials and presentation methods.
- Facilitate and coordinate training events.
- Assess knowledge, skills and abilities to gauge student proficiency in topic area
- Deliver instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities
- Review and analyze training materials and recommend changes
- Conduct course content review and provide recommendations for training material revisions
**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:
- Bachelors in any related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar field
- Expected to demonstrate professional levels of competence.
- Excellent presentation, influencing and facilitation skills.
- Must be an effective and committed team member with excellent skills in dealing with others, communicating, negotiating and persuasion.
- Ability to generate reports and analyze data
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Saudi Nationals only.
