The Industrial Machinery Mechanic position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a crucial role in the industrial machinery and heavy equipment industry, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of machinery and equipment. The job description includes the following responsibilities: Machinery Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various industrial machinery and heavy equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Equipment Installation: Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment. Follow technical manuals and blueprints to assemble, align, and test machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize equipment failures and breakdowns. Conduct regular inspections, lubrication, and calibration to extend the lifespan of machinery and improve reliability. Equipment Troubleshooting: Respond to equipment malfunctions and breakdowns promptly. Analyze equipment performance, identify root causes of issues, and take corrective actions to restore functionality. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures while working on machinery and equipment. Identify potential safety hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage. Generate maintenance reports and update equipment documentation. Communicate maintenance issues and recommendations to supervisors or relevant departments. Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and supplies required for machinery maintenance. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of required parts. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and departments to resolve complex technical issues and share knowledge and best practices. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians when required. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in machinery maintenance. Propose and implement innovative solutions to optimize equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.

**Job Requirement**: Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in industrial machinery mechanics or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as an industrial machinery mechanic or similar role, preferably in the heavy equipment industry. Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and compressors. Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail and precision in work. Adherence to safety regulations and protocols. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexibility to work on shifts or overtime when necessary.
