**SUMMARY**:

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the Supply Support Personnel Program to ensure that the implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
- Plan and develop methods and procedures for implementing the program
- Direct and coordinate program activities.
- Exercise control over personnel responsible for specific functions with knowledge and experience to enhance the program.
- Confer with personnel to explain program and individual responsibilities for phases of the program execution
- Direct and coordinate (personally or through subordinate managerial personnel) activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objectives.
- Ensure all personnel carry out their duties as per the PWS and RSAF direction
- Conduct required program management reviews (PMRs), and management of preparation of monthly status reports and as required assessment and analysis reports.
- Demonstrate an ability to implement _Leadership_ and _Ownership_ of the F-15 Program by way of maintaining a positive relationship between the RSAF, DAWSON and U.S. Government entities, as required.
- Meet with the RSAF military and government leadership (to include U.S. Government Representatives as necessary.
- Participate in strategic Program and Operations planning.
- Communicate across programs, to identify, assess, collaborate, and resolve any conflicts with the F-15 program requirements.
- Prepare and present information for Monthly Management Reviews, summarizing program status and any on-going production issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with government customer.
- Prepare updated training materials, primarily in the form of PowerPoint slides, to support government-led training.
- Provide regular risk assessments as well as recommended mitigation actions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Prefer MA/MS degree and a minimum of ten (18) years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Must have BA/BS plus an additional eight (10) years of work experience can be substituted for a MA/MS (total of 18 years’ experience).
- Relevant field experience in asset management, financial management, and lifecycle management of infrastructure including planning, acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of real property assets.
- Have experience in leadership responsibilities such as awards, Performance Improvement Plans, and necessary disciplinary actions, as dictated by a subordinate’s actions/inactions.
- Program execution experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing a wide range of tasks, responding to changes in direction and priorities and accepting new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments.
- Be committed to work as a leadership team member for the benefit of the customer.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all customers (soldiers and civilian).
- Practice excellent communication, organization, and time management skills; must be reliable, efficient, and flexible. On time, on target, physically, mentally, emotionally, and administratively, as required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
- Shall be citizens of the US.
