Develops and maintains manufacturing operations business plans to include all program requirements, labor hours, process cycle, production costs etc.
- Establishes production and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of projects ordered.
- Provides guidance to the development of a manufacturing process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs.
- Conduct periodical production review meetings and prepare MIS reports for executive management.
- Incumbent should also be familiar with international standards such as ASTM, ASME, ANSI, API etc., governing different aspects of steel fabrication and also production machinery, equipment and machine tools handling.
- Ensures all established costs, quality, delivery and installations commitments are met.
- Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and departments to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
- Propose improvement schemes for enhancing current production processes, control wastes, minimize reworks & defects and maintain high quality standards as demanded by the clients.
- Reviews production, erection and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational, manufacturing, erection, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
- Coordinate with QA & QC department in assessing the quality issues, closure of internal & external NCR’s conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Deal with clients & consultants for technical issues related to fabrication & erections works, if any & resolve them efficiently.
- Assist & guide his subordinates for the preparation of work permit, risk assessment & method of statement for fabrication & erection as per project requirement.
- Assist & advise erection team to raise & get MIR for the delivered material at site & to get IR for the erected Projects. Also responsible for follow up & collection of PC & TOC’s.
- Liaising with any consultants, engineers, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Leads and supports the project team all the way until the project is successfully finished and delivered to the client.
- Supervise the execution of the project based on the set project plan, while ensure adherence to technical, budgetary, quality and safety requirements.
- Solve any problem or issue that might arise with the client through the execution of the project.
- Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.
- Provides effective leadership of his staff to facilitate their growth and increased knowledge of the project, including evaluating and managing their performance.
- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel, manages and tracks all materials and resources involved in the project execution to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Reviews the management process after the project is over in order to identify any steps in the process that can be improved upon for future project.
- Implement factory maintenance program covering preventive, shut down & predictive maintenance of all factory equipment and machineries to achieve maximum utilization of production capacities.
- Promoting continuous improvement and contributing to company-wide policies, standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with department & company wide policies and procedures, applicable laws, rule and regulations, environment, health and safety regulations.
- Performs all other duties as may be directed by the CEO from time to time.

**Salary**: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼18,219.05 per month
