**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of civil engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans for civil infrastructure and assets.
- Collaborate with the Contract Manager to ensure effective contract execution.
- Manage the budget and allocate resources for the civil sector.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities and maintain documentation.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering or related field).
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Maintenance industry with a strong focus on civil engineering.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of maintenance software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
