- Monitors kitchen equipment andreports issues to superiors
- Continually develops culinaryknowledge to produce high-quality meals

- Washes, chops, and cuts fruit,meat, and vegetable items
- Assesses inventory and requestsresupply when necessary

- Must be an intermediate/bachelor’s degree holder
