**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:Actively contribute to the company’s digital transformation strategy, driving innovative initiatives, ideas, and solutions to resolve complex challenges.
- **Project Management**:Utilize adept project management and planning skills to lead innovative projects from conception to implementation. Model, budget, and plan projects aligning with industry trends and innovative initiatives.
- **Partnership Development**:Identify, vet, and engage with internal and external partners ensuring a collaborative approach towards achieving project objectives.
- **Technology Assessment and Procurement**:Provide guidelines, vet and qualify tech companies, issue tenders, assist the client in awarding contracts, and oversee/manage the implementation.
- **Team Building and Leadership**:Inspire, create, and progressively lead a team of visionary and enthusiastic talents dedicated to fostering innovation in the project.
- **Client Consultancy**:Assist the client in formulating and implementing a robust digital strategy in line with the project’s goals.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a technical field.
- Proven experience as a Senior SME having delivered projects of similar nature and complexity.
- Expertise in new construction methodologies and tools, alongside processes and solutions aimed at enhancing customer experience in an Airport environment.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role related to major infrastructure and airport projects.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and leveraging knowledge management in large-scale projects.
- **What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Exceptional ability to quantify the impact of innovative initiatives, modelize them in a project, and budget plan.
- Effective oral and written skills for client presentations, technical reporting, and internal / external correspondence; Ability to effectively present information to key stakeholders as required by the client.
- Ability to interface with all levels with project team, client, and others.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to function in a multi-organizational environment by developing relationships that complies with the client’s proactive, collaborative culture.
