**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with procurement teams to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial management within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
