- Leading a team of professional and technical staff to maximize operational efficiencies in refractory, CIL, floatation, and heap leach precious metal processing.
- Developing systems and measures that appropriately assess the operating facilities, laboratories, and collective team's performance.
- Leading investigations and implement opportunities to increase competitive advantages and align them with the organization's overall strategy.
- Coaching and mentoring metallurgical department personnel.
- Ensuring compliance with company and site-specific policies, standards, procedures, and objectives and recommend new policies or procedures, if necessary.
- Overseeing annual budget preparation and management of departmental costs
- Sourcing and retaining high quality geology personnel, and ensuring that the team receives appropriate training, mentoring, knowledge transfer and performance management reviews
- Support technical expertise in Metallurgy and Processing Engineering at an affiliate and functional level to enable Ma'aden policies, standards, and procedures to be met effectively.
- Provide input into the formulation, improvement, and measure effectiveness of the Ma'aden policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support in interpretation of the Ma'aden standards and support affiliates in the development and improvement of local systems and support the Corporate Subject Matter Expert team
- Provide support to in technical (Metallurgy and Processing Engineering) communications that are aligned with Ma'aden policies and programs. Communications will include incident briefings, programs, initiatives, periodic updates, all through multi-channel methods.
- Perform all additional duties assigned by superiors.
- Supporting EHSS program of Ma’aden in KPI and details program deliverables
- Support and assist Operation Site to achieve budget and forecast plan from processing perspectives
- Establish standard and governance in Technical Services group and also Operation site to maintain achievement in Metallurgical Accounting Standard
- Maintain departmental cost with range of ±5%
- Deliver development plan for high potential talent in geology group Provide and support continuous improvement project5. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

- Metallurgy Manager role need to communicate frequently within technical and MGBM for all matters related to Metallurgy and Process Engineering. In the same time, frequent communications is required with Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and Project team to support company growth. All of this required on top of continues site visits to mining operations and discussions with operation teams.6. Job relevant information (BOUNDARIES & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY):

- As technical services functional leader, Metallurgy Manager position shall be the champion of change for improvement in all aspects of metal processing but not limited to existing operation and growth study. This position is responsible to deliver in quality and timely manner resources model with consultation with other functional within technical services, Operational leadership and Corporate.7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Minerals/Chemical Engineering.
- Project management experience.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in metallurgical operations, engineering, and laboratory environment related to gold and base metal extraction processes.
- Knowledge of life-of-mine planning including budgeting and metal planning.
- Knowledge of Metallurgical Accounting Standard.
- Experience with plant control systems and use of data historian trends for operating and reporting.
- Ability to present to and collaborate with corporate executives and the site Senior Leadership Team required
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) required
