**Senior Process Engineer - Pyrophyllite**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Monitor, investigate, and analyze plant performance (Physical and chemical processes and equipment) to ensure continuous improvements.
- Ensure safe pyrophyllite production in line with required targets.
- Research and development to improve processes.
- Asset and maintenance management.
- Draw up safe operating procedures for the allocated work area.
- Cost management and control.
- People management with a view to improving individual and team performance.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Degree in Metallurgy or equivalent qualification.
- Deep knowledge of pyrophyllite quality upgrading methods: physical separation, chemical treatment (unit processes), and combined chemical and physical techniques.
- Five years’ experience in a similar position and work environment, of which two years should have been on the Senior Management level.
- Contractor Management experience will be advantageous.
- Good Data analytical skills & floatation experience.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- General knowledge of the needs of the industries that need pyrophyllite such as white cement, porcelain, agriculture, filler, paint, paper, glass, rubber, etc

**Senior Mining Engineer - Pyrophyllite**

We offer a rewarding and exciting opportunity within the mining industry for an experienced individual with a proven track record in the Senior mining Engineer - Pyrophyllite industrial mineral category.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Develop mine plans based on all available geological and geotechnical information to support long-range and short-range planning and production goals.
- Provides guidance and counsel to the site Management and subordinates on equipment selection, capital and operating costs, manpower, safety practices, and either existing or proposed technical aspects of mine operation.
- In collaboration with Management and subordinates prepare manpower, capital and equipment requirements to meet budgeting and forecast objectives.
- Prepare and optimize Life-of-Mine (LOM) phase designs, sequencing and ore reserves to minimize strip ratio and maximize NPV.
- Develop and manage mine waste stockpile designs within Corporate and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficient use of Mine Engineering software packages to help perform and interpret results in an efficient and timely manner.
- Mentors and trains new Engineers on how to perform Mine Engineering tasks using complex computer software.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in mining or Geological Engineering and at least five (5) years of related experience at senior positions in mine operations.
- Knowledge of the principles, standards, and practices of Mine Engineering.
- Skilled in managing large/complex Engineering and min's operations.
- Able to evaluate and implement new methods and techniques for operational improvement.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- General knowledge of the needs of the industries that need pyrophyllite such as white cement, porcelain, agriculture, filler, paint, etc

**Package & Remuneration**

It will be according to qualifications and experience and will include competitive conditions of employment.

**Salary**: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jeddah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
