Dredge Superintendent

The Dredge Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of dredging operations, ensuring the project is executed efficiently and safely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the dredging team, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Oversee the planning and execution of dredging operations, including resource allocation and scheduling
- Coordinate with on-site management, project engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor and control the progress of the dredging operations to meet project goals and timelines
- Ensure maintenance and repair of dredging equipment
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in dredging operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of dredging techniques, equipment, and regulations
- Experience working on offshore projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
