- SAR 2000 + commission Monthly Basic Plus Commission (Commission per session - 50% 156 Average Sessions Per Month - average salary of SR 9 700 per month T)

An opportunity to work as a Personal Trainer and get International exposure and experience with the largest, most modern and rapidly expanding Fitness companies in the Middle East.

Monthly Salary - SR 2000 Tax free

2 years initial contract and then 42 days leave return flights provided back to country of origin thereafter 1 year extensions with 21 days per annum

3 months initial accommodation provided

Minimum qualification is a Diploma preferably Degree in a related field to the position

Minimum 2 years’ experience

Providing one to one training sessions to the members following a pre-set program; training/coaching clients on the proper way of doing the required exercises, whether cardiovascular exercises, strength training, stretching, or others, ensuring proper techniques are followed and the desired goals are achieved

Designing and developing personalized fitness programs for the members individually, through evaluating the current fitness level, understanding the goals the members wish to achieve and the skills they possess.

Frequently taking the required measurements of the member; including weight, height, fat percentage, weight of muscle mass, etc. in order to make the necessary calculations including body mass index (BMI), fat percentage and any other related measures, and monitoring the progress the member achieves.

Tracking members’ fitness progress and levels of improvement as well as tracking their health condition in order to assess the effectiveness of their schedules and make any modifications as needed.

Providing emergency first aid for the members when required.

Initiating and building effective, positive and trusting relationships with members in order to increase their satisfaction and hence their retention.

Maintaining accurate members’ attendance records using the designated method of recording in order to easily recognize any trends in the attendance and take the appropriate action.

Explaining and enforcing safety rules during the training sessions and on the use of machines and equipment in order to avoid any mistakes or accidents that might occur.

Keeping abreast of the latest trends and techniques in conducting personal training sessions and implementing such during the sessions in coordination with the direct supervisor.

Checking the tools used in the personal training exercises regularly to ensure their functionality and raising any issues in that regard to the concerned party.

Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
