Training objective:
1- To enhnace the technical and behavioral skills of the student by providing the opportunity to live the real work environment under the mentoring
of MA professional.
2- To link between student education and the field of applied real work that will help the student to complete his professional preparation.
3- To train him by practicing the industrial millwrighet daily activities under the mentoring of MA professional.

Training plan:
Week (1-2) : Overview of Maaden Aluminium Smelter Processes and carbon plant.
Week (2-6) : Engagment in real tasks related to Paste plant to get more knowledge of Different types of plant equipments (Motors, Compressors,
Week (5-9) : Engagment in real tasks related to Anode baking to get more knowledge of Different types of plant equipments (Motors, Compressors,
Week (8-14) : Engagment in real tasks related to Rodding Shop to get more knowledge of Different types of plant equipments (Motors,
Week (14-15) : Final Report Prepartaion and Submission.
