**A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Field Service Manager, you will be reporting directly to Head of Field Assembly SA. Your main responsibility will be managing resources closely focusing on EHS, Quality, outage execution, growth, and development of employees. Field Service Manger will be monitoring ongoing projects, coordinating with resource management team and Project Managers.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Maintain optimum interaction with Head of Field Assembly, direct employees, Project Manager and Service Engineering department; in addition, customer representatives as well.
- Ensure that all project related activities are planned and executed in accordance with Siemens Energy Quality and EHS standard procedures and the relevant project documentation.
- Travel to Siemens-Energy customer power plants throughout KSA and abroad to perform maintenance, repair, and modification of large steam and gas turbine generators and related equipment.
- Supervise of mechanical maintenance crews ranging in size from 1 to 30 persons disassembling, inspecting, repairing, and reassembling large steam/gas turbine generators.
- Lead job site safety programs and performs complex site surveys to develop maintenance plans.
- Complete and submit detailed reports covering all job activity.
- Review complex task plans, drawings, and installation schematics and provide continual mentorship throughout task duration.
- Manage subcontractors to perform specific maintenance related tasks.
- Lead safety programs, performing maintenance on large turbine generators or with risks and hazards that require the use of practices and procedures intended to keep personnel safe and maintain a safe work environment. This includes but is not limited to use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and pre-job safety briefs or risk assessments according to Siemens Energy EHS Guidelines.
- Cost effective execution of work within allocated budget and time - This calls for effective planning aimed at optimal use of resources for maximum productivity.
- Support sales and planning departments in the preparation of time schedules parts lists and all resources requirement lists.
- Participate in customer meetings and provide technical support during sales efforts.
- Identify potential delays and minimizes their impact.

**What You Bring**:

- 10+ years of experience in engineering position, preferably Mechanical engineering, or equivalent Field.
- Completed bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in a reputable university.
- Solid rotating equipment experience (Turbines, Generators, Pumps, Motors and etc)
- Experienced in Large Gas Turbine preferably in Advance Frames (5000F), mature FD Fleet, (8000H) and V-Frame (2000E)
- Vase experience in None-Siemens OEMS.
- Power Plant knowledge is required.
- Mechanical Commissioning background (Hot and Cold).
- Solid Mechanical Auxiliaries knowledge.
- Power Plant Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Machining, fabrication, welding, and NDT background.
- Familiar with SAP Applications.
- Willingness to travel to customer meeting.
- Power plant maintenance and working on large Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Generators mechanical assembly and disassembly and associated auxiliaries is an advantage.
- Solid MS Project Skills.
