Associate - Access Identity Management - Risk Management

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitates identity and access management.
- Ensuring that customer requests for security access are completed promptly
- Provide second-level technical support to the project team and end users.
- Perform ticket management and participate in project meetings
- Responsible for updating and resolving request tickets and ensuring timely settlement of assigned user requests and issues as outlined by SLAs.
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem analysis by working with other teams, vendors, or users in diagnosing and resolving user access issues.
- Assist with unique/complex security access requests including internal and external audit and disaster recovery testing

**Qualifications**

**Preferred Qualifications**

A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution

**Years & Nature of Experience**
- Will be a fresh graduate with 3 years of experience
- If with experience, would have been accountable for the completion of assigned tasks and project work and has developed a level of competence to carry out work independently
