**Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:

- Collecting, receiving, labeling, and analyzing samples using appropriate testing equipment.
- Performing routine and non-routine analytical operations on XRF Spectrometers as required.
- Recording, evaluating, and validating all XRF data accurately.
- Supervising analysis and reporting results.
- Cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating Spectrometers and other lab equipment.
- Verifying calibration standards, quality control standards, and Certified Reference Materials (CRMs).
- Organizing and storing chemical substances, fluids, and compressed gases following safety guidelines.
- Ordering necessary laboratory supplies.
- Maintaining daily logs and equipment record books.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Chemical Engineering, BSc in Chemistry, or related fields.
- Minimum of **five (5)** years of experience as a Lab Technician.
- Proficient in handling XRF Spectrometers.
- Familiarity with Pyrophyllite Ore or similar minerals is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in QHSE management systems, preventative measures, and laboratory best practices.
- Capable of handling potentially hazardous substances such as flammable liquids and biohazards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and database systems.

**Salary**: From ﷼8,000.00 per month
