**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
2. Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring efficient use of space and safe handling of goods.
4. Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
5. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including proper storage of goods and equipment.
6. Utilize systems and other software tools to track inventory movement and generate reports.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, transportation, and customer service, to fulfill orders and resolve issues.
8. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

**Educational Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s Degree** (preferred)
- Specialization in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- **Diploma/Certificate** (Optional)
- In warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.

**Professional Experience**
- **Relevant Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.

**Technical Proficiency**
- **Software Knowledge**:

- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Equipment Handling**:

- Knowledge of operating warehouse equipment like forklifts (certification is a plus).

**Additional Certifications (preferred)**
- **Logistics or Supply Chain Certifications**:

- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Certified Logistics Associate (CLA)
- **Safety Certifications**:

- OSHA certification for workplace safety.
