**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provide expert guidance and leadership in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of medium voltage electrical systems for the Oceanarium construction project.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to develop comprehensive plans and schedules for medium voltage system implementation, ensuring alignment with project milestones and budgetary constraints.
- Lead the development of medium voltage system designs, including equipment selection, cable routing, protection schemes, and coordination with utility providers and regulatory agencies.
- Direct onsite construction activities related to medium voltage systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance and quality control measures to verify the integrity and performance of medium voltage installations, conducting inspections and tests as necessary.
- Identify and address technical issues and challenges related to medium voltage systems during construction, providing timely solutions to minimize delays and mitigate risks.
- Supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors involved in medium voltage system installation, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including drawings, specifications, test reports, and progress updates, and communicate project status to stakeholders as required.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in medium voltage system design and construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar capacity.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in aquatic or marine construction projects is desirable.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Strong technical expertise in medium voltage equipment, including switchgear, transformers, protective relays, and distribution systems.
